I felt the service was nice but he went straight to the high item services instead of what the issue was. I had already told him the sensors were not working on the garage. He touched a few wire and told me that it was a logic board that’s was over 300.00. When the garage still didn’t work properly wanted me to purchase a new garage door opener. That would have cost 800.00. My wife came down and asked if he even checked the sensors but she had already done some troubleshooting before the company was called out. He did check the sensors and that was the problem. This would have been a costly repair that wasn’t necessary. Like I said the man was nice but I don’t know if they are trained to go for the higher price items but I wouldn’t call them again to service my garage again. We still ended up paying 200 with service charge. When normally the service is deducted from the fee when it’s over a certain amount.

Unexpected issue with the garage door on a Sunday is never fun. Called Precision Door and an actual person answers your call for questions. Precision Door sent someone out the next day and during a convenient time to get us back up and running. Owen was great, friendly, professional/ knowledgeable and fair in his assessment of damage. The bill was thoroughly explained as well. Thank you! Highly recommend Precision Door when your in a Door Jam!!

Our spring on our garage door broke with no way to get the garage open and the cars out. This occurred on a Saturday early afternoon. I called Precision and was greeted by a very nice customer service rep who took all my information and guaranteed that someone would be out today. Austin arrived right on time and after discussing the solution started the work. He was efficient, when finished walked us through all of the repairs and left the garage spotless. We will never use another garage door company again.

We've never had to have garage door repairs before now. Had no idea who to call but got ahold of Precision and they were a lifesaver. The lady I spoke to on the phone was professional, reassuring and answered all my questions. The technician, Scott, was amazing. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok), was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. He inspected everything, explained what he saw and gave us different options on repairs. He helped us make a decision on what would work best for our situation and got to work. He was done quickly, cleaned up, showed us what he had done and fixed. Our door works perfectly now.
