This company was amazing. I called at 12:30 pm and they came out to fix my garage at 1:45pm. The fastest company iv never worked with. Austin D did an amazing job fixing my garage. He was so helpful and did an excellent job doing his job. Great communication skills this guy had and made it an awesome experience. Definitely will recommend this company to other for any garage needs!

We were told about your company from a neighbor. Everything went well, even though you had to return and swap out the panels for the color more acceptable to our HOA. Eli, Julian, and Tim were very knowledgeable concerning their aspect of the job. They worked quickly and the garage was even cleaned by Julian. Tim was so easy to work with despite taking down the panels and putting up the correct color. Thank you for your patience with us and we are more than satisfied with your company and your workers.

It was a Saturday afternoon, and our garage door opener stopped working - the door would not stay closed. Precision's service call charge was over $60. less than Garage Doors of Indianapolis, and our service tech, Ben H. was on time, very service oriented, and just an all around nice guy. Garage Door was operational within 21/2 hours of my initial call.

They came out to the house the next day and took care our the broken springs in maybe 30 minutes. Greased everything, etc. They didn't try to high-pressure sell other parts. Valdimar was a friendly knowledgeable guy. I will use them again next time.

It was extremely easy to book an appointment. The technician called me ahead of time to make sure we would be home. He did an excellent job of explaining the problems and the possible solutions. He even went above and beyond to fix something that we had trouble with, but wasn't on the original work order. My husband and I are retired.
