We called Precision based on the tv commercials that said we could get same day service with a fully stocked van. We were very impressed with what we actually got, which was so much more. Our service employee, Teddy, went above and beyond to get an old, damaged door up and running smoothly again. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and persistent in working to solve all of the problems the door presented. I would definitely recommend Precision for quality craftsmanship and hard-working, knowledgeable employees.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, and they came out the very same day to estimate the damage. Repairman Eli was very personable and helpful, and provided options and suggestions that enabled me to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
