You folks met and exceeded my expectations for my recent service call request in April 2023. All of your technicians that we have worked with over the years have been knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. I'm an outside direct salesman for industrial equipment myself in IN, and our company also has a service and parts department. I appreciate good service and in today's environment simply having basic requests met like folks showing up on time and doing a good job has become increasingly more difficult the last 5 years. My garage door was original to our home built in the 1950s. It was in bad shape and in need of a lot of repair. When I called Precision I was thinking I would need an all new garage door. The technician that came out to help was Austin. He was an awesome guy who did an amazing job of helping me utilize my current garage door with some modern fixes to make it open and close as smooth as butter. I am really floored at how quiet it opens and closes now. Whenever I go to open it manually, I can lift it with just two fingers because it’s so perfectly balanced. I am overall extremely happy with Precision and especially my service tech Austin. I will use you guys again in the future and recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again.

My technician, Chris, was the best!! My opener would not reset and he gave me 3 options for replacement. While he was preparing for a new install, I tried one more time to reset my old opener and it worked!! Chris never tried to pressure me. He was cordial and professional!! So pleased with my experience with precision. I knocked the roller off of the track along with other things so needed immediate service. Called Precision and a service text came in about 1.5 hrs. He did a thorough exam and analysis. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the cost for the repair. I agreed and he finished the job expeditiously. He was courteous and knowledgeable in all respects. I will definitely use them in the future if and when the need arises.
