Same day service and great job and good price and ........

I requested and estimate to have a garage door opener replaced. I asked more than once if there was a charge for the call to get an estimate and was told "no". The office got my address wrong even after repeating it several times to the girl. and the tech was well over an hour late because he had to re-verify it. Upon arrival, I explained to the tech what happened and what I needed. He plugged it in (upon my request) and just looked at the door without touching it. Never tried to raise the door manually either. Told me immediately the estimate would be $449 and that I would also need springs. I asked about a senior discount on the phone and was told by the office it was 5%. When I got the estimate, it said $5.00. BIG difference! When I asked the technician about what I was told, he was quite snippy. I told him I was not happy with Precision in this encounter. He said he "was not happy that my call took an hour out of his work day". REALLY?? I am disputing payment on this service call because I feel the 15 minutes he was here was a waste as nothing was done to warrant the amount of $59.95. I was not even offered different models to choose from or options available for the type I needed. After owning a rental management company for 31 years, I think I know what I am talking about when it comes to repairs and/or replacement of items to make a home function properly!

The technician was friendly and competent. His clothes and shoes were dirty and he had to come through the house because the garage door was broken. He was very respectful and knocked every time he had to come through. His estimate was much higher than what I was quoted over the phone but honored my phone quote but not after telling me that all those phone calls were recorded. Also, there was no break for having both springs replaced. You'd think you're there, you've got to loosen every thing up and balance the tent ion between the two, that the replacement of the second spring would be at a reduced cost. Cost of the spring, but no, so there's no real economic benefit to replacing them both...

I called and scheduled this visit simply because I was very happy with Precision in the past. The purpose of this appt was for a sound my door springs were making that I was not happy with and wanted an inspection before a serious problem occurred. The technician that showed up (Charlie) was extremely professional, well dressed and very polite with great manners, even when the neighbor kids were a pain in the butt getting in the way.

Kaleb my tech is awsome! Very honest and knowledgeable... only problem I had was when I called for a quote, the person gave me a diff quote, told me it would be $140 to replace the springs and did not tell me about labor fees or anything. I was thinking $140 for everything... think you guys need to retrain ur customer reps.... other than that kaleb did a good job

G Door was binding on one side. Squealing on on right side as it opened or closed. required minor requisitioning of rail. Tech "Nick" adjusted the rail, lubed working parts of the door. 20 mins work. Called it a "tune up". $100 dollars. Nice work, But, a bit pricey , in my opinion. Otherwise, no problem. L.T. B.

Your technicians are good. They solved the first problem in less than three minutes. The second problem which occurred on the next day, they took less than a minute to fix. The bill is quite high for a person with financial challenge like me.

on time, professional techs, completed repair of garage door opener. used your company because of start time (early am). wasn't completely satisfied that I don't get the one year warranty on part that was replaced, only 90 days because I couldn't afford to buy the expensive package that was offered. that doesn't seem right. overall satisfied with job, may or may not use your company in the future.

Kevin was very good. Fixed the mess that I made by backing car into garbage can and bending the door track. Also did maintenance, Oiled track, Inspected spring. Came out on short notice on a Saturday night. Great Job!

We needed a new garage door opener so that we can program our vehicles. I called and within 3 hours they were her. I was offered several options and they performed the services in a timely manner.
