COLIN G. called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, we discussed what service I wanted to have done, i.e., Lube-n-tune and get the myQ app working. COLIN G. inspected the door and motor, recommending replacing the cables and springs. I declined those services for a later time. COLIN G. was unable to get the myQ app working and referred me to myQ tech support. I called the myQ tech support and they worked with me to get the myQ app working. Two areas that did not meet my expectations: 1) Colin was unable to get the myQ app working. 2) I asked if Colin oiled/lubed the chain/belt and he replied that the chain/belt does not require lube. However, when the new door and new motor were installed, that Precision Tech recommended having the chain/belt lubricated annually and left me a tube to use. As the consumer/customer, I am left confused.

Very satisfied with the maintenance service guy, Charles. 5+ stars for him. And the staff has been very professional and communicative. Very disappointed that the company did not make good on the original installer’s error, resulting in a loose spring cable. Had I called within 30 days, the adjustment would’ve been free. but I didn’t know to do that because the installer told me the problem was in my track.

Colin was the tech who replaced broken spring & frayed cables, He was Reliable (on time), Courteous (called ahead per request), & Professional (fully explained findings, scope of work, cost, & completion time). Will use again for two upcoming jobs. Job was pricier than anticipated. In retrospect I should have asked for cost breakdown for parts & labor. But needed garage door repaired that day & Precision responded favorably. Fully satisfied & highly recommend.

River and Josh did a great job of installing the brush kit and new molding to keep rodents out of my garage. Took awhile to receive the brush kit but both were installed and look great. Thank you both!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First was sent a text confirming appt between 9-11.Tech shows up at 3. When appt was made I told them that all I wanted was a quote for their least expensive garage door opener. Their office quoted me $399 installed. When tech finally got here his quote was $2100. When I explained I only wanted the 399 opener, he said with the extras he needed to add on it would be almost a $1000. I told him I didn't appreciate the "bait and switch"and told him he should leave. Then because he didn't do the work, he was going to charge me $120 service charge. I didn't pay it and never will.

We've used Precision Garage Door for many years as they've always met our needs. Albert V was our technician this time and was very courteous and professional. He replaced our broken spring in a very timely manner and addressed some other potential issues as well. From the time I placed the service call to the time our garage door was working again was around 3 hours. Great service! Thanks again Albert!

I feel I was greatly over-charged for an item that if I had checked at Lowes or Home Depot, I could have gotten the same if not better for about $1,000 less. As you go thru life and get older, you have made many decisions and this one was real bad. No matter what your age, the good Lord gives us all a brain but leaves it up to us to use it. In this case, I guess I failed greatly. It's very hard to justify over-paying by such a large amount, but I'm going to have to live with it. The gentleman that installed the unit was very nice and certainly not forceful so it's my fault and my fault only.

Off Track Level 2 - Labor to place door into proper position / May only be to secure door if customer refuses recommended work 1.00 $149.95 All labor is discussed prior to work being performed. We will do our best to stay within the estimated time. However, please understand we do occasionally run into issues out of our control. We will stop work and attempt to notify the authorizing agent immediately, prior to continuing work. Actual work time may vary depending on unforeseen conditions. $149.95 Seems to me I was charged twice for the same thing plus a charge for coming out. The entire visit/work took 20 minutes. No senior citizen discount is applied even though I was told you do provide it. The technician was trying to sell me a new garage door which I can not afford and the only thing he did is close the door for this kind of money. This is a rip off or scam of a senior citizen in distress. I plan to spread the word that you are rip off artists. In the section "Service performed" there is no category that fits my situation. No purchase, no repair.

I had an excellent experience with the Precision Overhead Door company in Las Vegas. They sent a representative, Casey Guthrie, the same day I called for a door replacement. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my concerns. I signed up for their service and in less than a week it was replaced by their very experienced and knowledgeable team lead by River Sherman. I highly recommend this company and if the need should arise, I would contract with them again.

We've been using Precision Overhead Door of Las Vegas for several years now since 2022. Mindy handled our appointment day and time. She arranged for our Technician to come first thing in the morning. This is your first contact with a business and it gives you confidence that your needs and concerns will be addressed. She was very nice and helpful. Charles texted and called to let me know he was on his way on service day. Very prompt and on time. Charles arrived and did a full inspection of our garage doors noting any issues that he found. He gave us three levels of options for service. Very transparent pricing. Very honest and genuine about taking care of our garage doors. He thanked us for using Precision Overhead Doors over the years. The service was great! Very efficient and a hard working technician. Adjusted our doors and checked all of our setting for our garage door openers. Both doors are working great now! We will be using Precision for our garage door maintenance in the future.
