Alberto and Traver were awesome and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had connectivity problems when my router was changed out. Finally got the appropriate set up but still had connectivity issues. I was so impressed by the speed and efficiency of the conditioning and service of my Lyft Master cables, keyless pad and remote controls. Alberto showed me how to better use the main panel and ensured that everything would continue to work smoothly! I opted to replace my rollers, cable and purchased an additional remote. Precision Garage Door is the best!

Precision installed the doors and openers approximately 20 years ago. When a minor adjustment problem developed I called for service. Their technician was timely, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem and possible solutions, when I chose the option, he proceeded to preform the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would call Precision again.

Charles was clear with his explanations of the issues with my door and what options I had for dealing with it. I decided to get a new door and also a belt drive. He explained the difference in the doors as well as the belt drives and was able to get me a quote on installation of both as well set up installation appointment in a reasonable amount of time. He also did a temporary repair on my door that hopefully will hold up until I get the new door next week. I am satisfied with his service call and appreciate his helpfulness.

Joshua was great. He reprogrammed my truck to the door and also serviced my garage door. Being ex-military it was great to know Joshua was an ex-Marine.He was very professional and I appreciated his expertise. HOWEVER, I would make a suggestion...the 3 % discount for military was very weak. Maybe you could rethink that percentage as many customers are ex-military.

I was very pleased with the service I received from your garage technician Kason. I have been having issues with my garage door and it was sticking, and I was afraid it would either go down and not go up or go up and not come down. I called and pleased to have Kason arrive within an hour. He showed me the problem and made some suggestions, and I agreed to what needed to be done. The only thing was that it was so hot in the garage, and I was really worried for him. I was impressed with the how he handled the job of fixing and installing a new Life Master Garage Door Opener. He showed resilience, knowledge and experience working under very difficult conditions. He just kept on working even after I asked him to come inside to cool off. He just kept working until the job was finished. I am very pleased with the new unit and the security it offers me.

Broken spring on Sunday. Called Precision Monday at 9:10 AM…they arrived shortly thereafter at approx. 10:30 AM. Charles was my technician. A fine gentleman. Explained everything and possible “things” very well and accurately. A job very well done! Hopefully I won’t be talking with Precision soon but if and when I have an issue in the future they will definitely be my one and only call.
