Precision Garage Door meet my expectations. I needed a new garage door. The first technician Colin Gonzales checked my garage door throughly and matched and gave me a better deal than a previous company gave me. River Sherman took down my old door and installed my new garage door. Both men were courteous and very professional. I enjoyed reading their biographies that were sent over as each men were on the way to my house to let me know they were coming. Also whenever I called the office with a question customer service and a technician named Michael was polite and courteous as well. I would recommend this company to any one needing a new garage or to get work done on their garage door.

Quick competent service from first contact to job completion. "Precision" made time for my garage door repair that accomadated my schedule. (Torsion tention spring broke and locked up garage door in down position).The Technition: Charles Filbec was a delight to work with; he is extremely polight, knowledgable, competent and was well prepared. Charles isolated the door mechanics problem and told me of my options for repair. He stayed true to the repair quote and finished an upgraded rebuild on my Wayne Dalton garage door system in the time promissed. The upgraded repair may have been some what expensive, but that was my choice to ensure that my family is safe. I am extremely pleased with the service and repair. Great Job Charles!.

Our garage door was knocked off of its tracks as a result of the door inadvertently coming down while backing out. Precision arrived the next day, carefully examined the situation and offered two different fixes: 1. Apply a stiffener beam to the door to straiten it out. 2. Replace the door. We elected to replace the door. Unfortunately, delivery of a custom color matched pre-painted door is 3-4 weeks. The door was ordered on 6/18/24. The estimated delivery is now 7/22/24. 5 weeks without having use of your garage is a long time.

I am writing this review because I am very satisfied with your company. I had an overhead automatic garage opener replaced in another state and noted a very personalized care from the installer. So when I came to Las Vegas and needed the same type of service I picked your company to call first. I was given an appointment immediately and in 2 hours of the call your technician came. Somehow my garage door openers (keypad outside the door, the remote in the car and the one inside the garage by the door from the house) weren't working. I attempted to reset the system but found out from the tech that I was pushing the wrong button for the system to 'learn' the 4 digit code. Of course, the tech told me the error of my ways, reset the system and tested all my openers. Very nice guy.

He was professional and friendly and during our appointment he answered all the questions I had and guided me through the process. Replaced previous garage door

The garage door broke as the latest of incidents that were unexpected expenses. We have used PRECISION before and were satisfied with the service. I called at 10:50am. The office said they could be out between 11 and 1pm. was a bit skeptical but said sure. Mikey was out about noon. gave me an estimate and got to work. He upgraded some parts including double springs instead of a single spring. He was on his way to next job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied again.

Rapid response was great. Upsell was not. needed 1 spring quoted $300 per spring (yes you do need to replace both even if only one is broken) and then magically was told that my motor no longer worked and needed to be replaced to the tune of anywhere from $1500-$2000. also noted some bearing issues.got a second opinion got the two springs replaced for $280.
