The techs were friendly and accommodating, although they showed up over 3 hours late. The tech who sold me the solution, Dmitri, charged me nearly $1000. After waiting nearly 2 weeks to hear back, I called into the office to find out no one did anything. I then paid, in full, over the phone, to get the job scheduled. Then, while fixing my door, they discovered another issue and the fix is an additional $1500. This is straight up crooked. I've been without a garage for almost a month now and after spending $1000, I still do not have a garage to use. I feel as though this was a bait and switch. Dmitri also promised to tune up my 2nd garage as part of the plan. It doesn't appear it was even touched. I am extremely unhappy and need someone to call me and find a fix for this.

5/20/24, Precision Door is listed in the Sun City Summerlin monthly Link Magazine. I placed a call about 10:30 AM to request for service and had a pleasant experience explaining my garage door issues and was promptly given a same day appointment—the appointment was scheduled between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM…WOW! How rare and timely. The tech Charles called prior to his arrival to give me an ETA. He arrived as promised and was very pleasant and professional. Charles walked me through the process before inspection and provided explanations for repair options and pricing. Although I was not prepared for all the repairs, I was able to ascertain the best options to make sure the garage door would function properly. The timelines of service, professionalism of technician and quality of his work speaks volumes to my customer experience and satisfaction. Great job!

I have been using these garage doors for about a week and I absolutely love them. Initially I had a misunderstanding with the company when I sought to replace my originally garage doors, which were about 30 years old. Sara from the company reached out to me and resolved all of the issues that I had. The installer (River) took a couple of hours to install the doors without any issues. The quality of the product is excellent, and the function of the doors are smooth and quiet. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Sara and River.

He knew his job well, he consulted with his boss my case and I was given satisfactory price. Next day, two young men, Rivera and Alberto, installed brand new garage door. Please be aware they charge a $120 fee to diagnose your problem if you do not schedule the repair. We were not made aware of this when scheduling the appointment. $120 is excessive for a 5 minute consultation. Lesson learned here.

Charles is a excellent employee, I was rather shocked when I was told what the final cost would be, I was told on the phone the night before that (1) spring was $199 and (2) springs was$339, And that included tax, I was over a barrel I needed it fixed so I paid $1179 once Charles filled out the final bill but I needed it fixed, Charles did an excellent job,,
