Opener was not operating correctly -- door opened (with much racket) but would not close without holding the button switch in the garage. Door was older and was hoping for updated parts and adjustments. Sean came an hour after I called to set up an appointment. He diagnosed the problems, replaced all the springs and rollers and other necessary parts, and made the needed adjustments. He couldn't have been nicer. An hour and a half later, door and opener now work as they should. Excellent. Spent more than I wanted, but wasn't sold anything I didn't need. What price good service and good materials? Priceless. Value tbd. determined over time.

Don't use this company. I called for estimate from Tanner at Precision Garage Door, gave him the info twice:standard two door garage with one broken spring. Tanner told me TWICE that they would be replacing BOTH springs on that door for $339. I said let's do it. Recieved a text right away of who was coming to do the work and a follow up call that the technician would be tgere sooner than later"Great"! Technician Collin does the bait and switch...told me I was Quoted for a single car garage, not a two car garage. I said "nope, I clarified with who I spoke to during the initial call: 2 car garage, two springs $339" I didn't even ask what the new price was. Just told him to leave. Then Collin tells me tgere is a service call fee for him showing up! I said " nope" have a nice day to which he said the office will be calling to settle up. I told him that I would welcome that so we could have a conversation about the company's business practices. Funny thing, no follow up call.

I had a problem with my garage door and called Precision and their response time was excellent and they showed up within two hours. Their employees Chris and AJ both were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company work on your home and do it right. Being a contractors daughter I can say they definitely do quality work and do not cut corners. I would recommend them and definitely use them again. If you want the job done right definitely use them. Pricing is fair and they do quality work . .

This was absolutely spectacular, and that would be an understatement. I called at 8:30pm on Labor Day thinking this would take a week or so to set up. Someone answered. 2 very professional service technicians came out and installed the garage door opener the next day at noon. Initial phone contact to installation was less than 24 hours. AMAZING. You could write the book for the entire industry on how to handle customer service.... fantastic experience. Thank You.

after having replaced the garage door opener and wheels the squeaking noise still there but wasn't fixed. Called back few weeks later request to recheck the door and the squeaking sound. Impressive had some one there same day but another service call fee had to be paid. wasn't covered under the warranty. Tried speak with lady at the office to have funds returned thinking should have been covered 1st time with the cost to replace. She was so rude and condescending had to stop the conversation and hang up. Regret using this company, now.

My remote was opening my neighbors garage. TJ, my technician, was here within 10 minutes of my call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Reset our openers, checked our door opener to see if there was any issues we needed to address and we were not charged for this service. If/when I ever have issues in the future with my garage door opener or am in need of a replacement, I will be calling Precision. Very satisfied.
