First time I had to replace my garage door opener and I give 5 stars without a doubt. A Mr. Steve Alo was here within 2 hours. He replaced the opener and set up all the remotes plus my car. If anything is needed with that system you can believe I'll ask for him. The entire process from the telephone call until completion was a great feeling of satisfaction. Well beyond expectations.

I hit my garage door with my car and called Precision for an estimate on replacing it. Rudy came out within a couple of hours and fixed the door temporarily so it would close properly. He then gave us an estimate and asked us to call when we were ready to order a new door. He was very courteous and helpful and knew exactly what he was doing.

I noticed that they are a BBB member. That got me interested. I then called and asked them if they could come out the same day which they said they could. The garage door could not open and my car was outside. They came within 3 hrs. They then did an inspection on the garage door. They explained what was wrong and then gave me an appraisal on all parts and labor. It was cheaper than I thought it would be. They completed the job very professionally. They also oiled all the wheels and hinges.

Problem: cable off left drum facing door. Repair: replace cables. 29 days later cable off left drum again. same repairman adjusted door. now cables loose on both drums when door is up and door misaligned. just a matter of days before I will have to have repaired again.
