My car was stuck in my garage because of a broken spring. I had a Dr appointment and needed help quick. The technician arrived in less than 2 hours and completed the job in 15 minutes Plus an inspection of the garage door opener and made adjustments. This is real customer service.

I have been using Precision for more than 10 years. The service your technician provided for my house on May 15 and 18 were very disappointing. The technician said my Lift-Master 1/3 H.P.(garage door opener) for repair needed master board to be replaced. And that it will cost me $359.85. On May 15, he placed order after I paid a deposit of $175.00. On May 18, he came back and told me that the manufacturer stopped making the brand and that it will cost me about $1,000 for a new garage opener plus labor. Then he gave me an option for him to install a bypass which will cost $167.34. That this bypass will help me until I save enough money to buy a new garage door opener. Part of my deposit was used to pay for the bypass. Since he installed the bypass my garage takes more attempts to open. Today I called the manufacturer of Lift-Master. They told me they replaced my old model with brand new one number 8355, then they gave me the name of local dealer. The cost the dealer will charge me for this brand new one is $365.00 (both labor and material). I am disappointed with you and your technician for installing the bypass and provided me with outrageous price when you could have install a brand new one that would have cost the same amount you wanted to charge for the board. Check your record for the two invoices you issued me: Invoice number 02329774 and Invoice number 02333642 you will discover your wrong charges.

Your ad in the CenturyLink phone book said Precision Garage door is A+ rated by BBB (Better Business Bureau) which caught my eye after the fact that it said no extra charges for off-hour work which was important since it was Friday after 5 p.m. when my opener quit working. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining things for me to understand. I would rate Mike and Precision Garage Door 5 STARS!

Service very fast. Appointment setup between 7 and 9am and repairman called at 6:50am and arrived at 7:10am. Cost seemed reasonable. Could have shopped around and likely found some more expensive and some less, but cost is only small factor when service is considered

This has been my second experience with Precision. The first, a broken spring replacement on a one-piece garage door. The second and most recent, a conversion of that same door to a sectional with a new door opener. This door conversion came with some challenges but, nothing that your technicians could not resolve. Technicians Kaleb, Will and Corey worked through all the complexities to completion. I could not be more pleased with the results. From the first estimate to the final testing and clean-up the professionalism and courtesy shown me by all of these individuals I commend. Thank you to all!

Very disappointed. After the initial inspection and estimate, I called the technician to have the work completed. I waited a whole day and never got a call back. The next day I called the office. A woman answered. I believe she said she was the office manager and that she would see to it that we moved forward on my service request and that she would get back with me. It has been over a week with no call back. I called another company who were able to fix the problem for less.

This company gives you the wrong information, when you call. They have a call center answering the phone calls, which the people that answering the phone, that lack customer service skills, will give you a lesser price to get a person to come out and fix your garage. Also you get charge for a service fee, just for a person to come out and tell you what you know already what's wrong with your garage door. Then tell you it cost three time more then what you quoted over the phone. The person which came out to look at garage, was very professional and nice, which I give him the 5 stars and the call center not even one.

I think it is premature for me to comment. At this point I was expecting the opener to be repaired. Instead I am told it will 3-5 business days to get a part that is a major component and should be in stock. So at this time I will be waiting over a week for a 30 minute repair. Again I was expecting it to be fixed when the service man showed up. Instead I had to pay fir the service call before the problem was fixed. Again my review should be after the repair is made. At this time I can't give more than one star because the unit is still broken.

There was a bad squeak at full open after 2nd call out for service. i was there for the removal of old wood door & installation of new roll up doors. after having a return call for more nails to hold outer seal up, the squeal got worse. Saw no since in calling again when i noticed at full open the rails where to tight . i had to unbolt rear hangers & open over all width buy 4 1/2". plus upper seal is already ripping. The installers where nice guys but its the little things. I've been a ground up Carpenter in Vegas for 38 years. I'm not amused. By the way, my mothers name is Wanda Polk, not Juanda. i'm sure you noticed the mistake when you received her check.
