I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Several weeks ago my old garage door wouldn’t close and even though they were very busy, Theresa called Nathan in on his day off and he came right over and made an adjustment to my opener. We decided that my garage needed a complete overhaul and today he replaced my door, opener, tracks, springs and everything else and I love it! Nathan did a fabulous job and he couldn’t have been nicer. I couldn’t be happier.

A friend recommended Precision; called on Sunday before New Year’s and received appt time of 12-2p Anthony called ahead and was there before noon. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional diagnosing the broken spring which was promptly replaced and made necessary adjustments to the door. Without warning my 2 car garage door came to a screeching halt half way down. I called Precision expecting to be told it would be a day or two. Much to my surprise I was told a tech would be out before the end of the day, between 4 and 6 PM. Again, to my surprise, I got a call about 3:15 and was told he'd be there in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. A half hour later he was done. I was blown away. I will be happy to call them next time a problem arises.

Technician called before and when he came to house, which was nice. The only reason I took off some stars was due to his talking down about our current garage door. Statements like calling the current garage door a piece of crap and it doesn't have this or that, you need a whole new door. It really turned me off. There are suggestions and then there are derogatory comments. I felt that was unprofessional and I do not want to call back.
