The technician was fantastic! He answered all my questions regarding service and explained the process. He worked efficiently and ask me if I was satisfied with completion. I was highly impressed with the pleasant and professional character shown from Precision.

As it is now, I do not have a receipt for the job which I paid over $300.00. Everything went well, however next time I will not pay the jober until I have a receipt in hand. We had our garage door repaired and most of the hardware replaced. William was our repair tech, and he was fantastic. He explained what was going wrong in detail so that I could make an informed decision about the repair. In about an hour from my call to them for assistance, my garage door was working again. I honestly couldn't imagine a better experience with William or Precision Door. They definitely seemed to be great, honest people, and I will certainly be back if I have any further issues in the future.

Courteous people, on time, good work. I had to call again for a remote issue, not their fault. The motor was probably overheated during 90 degree temperatures. They came, checked it out and gave me good advice. I'm happy I found Precision!

I initially chose Precision because they did not have extra fees for after hours. I called and an actual person answered. She took down my information and said she would call a technician and call me back. She called me right back and said they would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later they were there. They fixed our garage in a matter of minutes. They were professional and personable. This was the best experience possible for having a terrible situation like a broken garage door that wouldn’t close. The technician, Will, did a great job.

wanted to try a new company. Nathan was wonderful -- very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was very helpful. He was late the first day -- but that was a scheduling problem. Since his first visit there is a low buzzing sound from the operating unit - but he isn't concerned. This was a good company to work with. Steve came initially at 6pm on a Friday to give me an estimate While he was there he made a needed repair on the door at no cost or obligation to us. We decided to use them based on the service agreement and the fact that Steve owns the place and is in there working after hours on weekends. I appreciated that immensely. Will came and installed the door, was very professional and did an excellent job. Will use them again if needed.

We are so pleased with our new door. Our old one broke on a Friday afternoon and no other place was open on a Saturday. Will and Kyle just completed the garage door repair order I recently placed. I had requested the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door be replaced. Not only did they complete the requested service but they inspected and found additional issues with the rollers. The bearings were extremely worn. They replaced all 10 wheels. Will and Kyle were both professional and customer oriented. Because of them I will refer Precision Door to any of my friends that need garage door service.

My 24 year old garage door opener finally kicked the bucket. I called Precision and got a same day appointment. The appointment was late in the evening which made it easy to fit in around my work schedule. Will arrived on time. He explained my options and allowed me to make a decision without pressure.
