paid 49.95 for service call tech said he had never seen my problem gave me 3 options to POSSIBLY fix it all $200 and up. only sure fix was $500 which i cant afford for new unit. feel like i paid $50 for little to nothing. i have used overhead before with good results not to happy this time.

I called PDS today as my troubleshooting indicated a short or controller board problem. I was expecting an appointment sometime this week. Austin from PDS text me saying he would be there in 45 minutes. Austin was very polite and efficient in IDing the board problem. Replaced it and checked system. Outstanding service and I definitely was impressed!!

Im a property manager in 4 different states and my experience with service companies in Mississippi has been poor. Precision was one of the best companies that I have ever had dealings with. From the receptionists to the Issaih, the service tech. Just very professional, and honest. The bill was the lowest of the 4 companies that I called and they had it repaired within 4 hours.
