Technician was on-time (tried to arrive early but we were unavailable). He did the work in a timely manner and gave us some options and recommendations. He even offered us a tip on how to increase the life of our equipment through some simple and inexpensive regualr maintenance we can perform ourselves. We paid in cash, and accidentally overpaid by $100. The technician returned the overpayment promptly. It was nice to see a company with technicians with honesty, integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend the good people at Precision!

Next day service was the first reason your company was chosen. Service tech Donald "Blake" Turberville arrived within the time quoted us, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the three options we could choose with price quotes and warranty. Once we made the decision he immediately began the work and completed the job within the time he said that it would probably take to fix the problem. One very important factor is that he had all the parts needed with him to complete the job. Donald was very friendly and professional.

My technician Antonio Gilchrist was extremely professional in handling my repair. I also like how Precision was transparent in what they were going to do and sent me a written quote before the work was started for me to approve. They had to come to my house twice for repairs. They gave me a texted appointment reminder with a two hour window and also texted me when they were on their way. Got to the house right on time. Technician was very polite and friendly.

Mr. Bill was very professional and courteous and appeared very knowledgeable of his craft — upon his suggestion, l let him install a new torsion spring and rollers. The new much larger/wider (Precision-branded) rollers that he initially installed were hitting the top of the garage door, preventing the door from lifting; however, upon my request, Mr. Bill returned promptly and reinstalled my original smaller rollers, allowing my door to lift properly. I’ve used Precision in the past and I’m throughly pleased with the service and plan to refer neighbors, friends, and family in the future.

Very pleasant and professional, but took months to get our hurricane shutters. After three or more phone calls, I was finally informed the manufacturing factory had been shut down. However, with $2000 down payment, it would have been nice if someone had informed us of the reasons for the delays. When they finally came to install the shutters, they did not have covers for the correct windows. In addition, they also hit an electrical wire when installing the pins to hold the shutter, requiring us to hire an electrician after hours to make the repair. The issues were rectified quickly and professionally, which I appreciated. Overall, satisfied, but a bit disappointed in the delays and lack of communication after the deposit was placed.

My garage door opener stopped working and my husband and I did everything we knew how to get it to work. We called Precision because the name was familar. Jonathan was the most courteous and helpful tech. He explained why it wasn't working, fixed it and did a check of the whole system. Before Jonathan arrived I received a text with his picture and information about him. The text gave us security in knowing who would be at our home.
