Brian, the technician, was a gem. He called when he was coming and was very helpful and personable. He clearly explained the problem and the options to fix my garage door. The work was done quickly and he was very professional throughout. I also appreciated after I made my appointment that Precision sent an email with the name and pictures of their team and which technician would be coming. Great service and reasonable pricing. I would would highly recommend.
