We called Precision because we used your services at our previous home and were very satisfied. We called for an appointment on Wednesday evening and the appointment was set the following day,, The two associated arrived as scheduled and were courteous, and very efficient. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they were able to complete the repairs that afternoon. Our expectations were exceeded.

I chose Precision because of prior service. The technician then was absolutely the greatest. Service and quality was number one. I guess that set my expectation way to high because I am extremely dissatisfied with the installation of a new garage door opener. I walked out to see a completed project and saw an extension cord from the unit to my wall socket, furthermore there was visible wire taped to my ceiling from the switch to the unit and all down the walls. When I asked about it all I got was "this is how we do it". If this is the way that it is going to be done, that should have been explained before the service was provided. I feel like this job was done by a child, not a professional. Very disappointed and not even close to worth the price. This really changed my opinion of Precision Door and I wont hesitate in sharing my opinion with others.

Arnold, the installer, knew what he was doing. Very competent and efficient. I would definitely recommend Precision based on this experience. The 4-Star rating was because they did not leave me a manual or any written material about the expensive products I purchased. And despite Arnold's assertions that he would be able to program my car door-opening device, he could not. He did try hard though.

Another Precision branch installed our heavy double doors 16 years ago (17 units) and made a lot of mistakes. This Clearwater Precision is better. Their last repair guy didn’t solve our problem, but latest one did, I think. When it rained with wind against door front we got big puddles inside. New Rubber sealers — no help. This guy found that the rails were higher on the side that leaked and we paid, lots, to redo them. Luck of the draw!

We notified Precision Garage Door of a broken spring on Tuesday at 5:20pm. They gave us a window of 08:00-12:00 on Wednesday. The technician, Mike, arrived at 09:00 and finished in about 2 hours. Mike was professional yet personable, proficient, and efficient. He thoroughly explained what replacement parts were needed and recommended some upgrades. We are completely satisfied with Precision Garage Door and recommend them without hesitation.
