This is the second repair in 10 years done by Precision Garage Door. I called Precision on Sunday morning and by 1:00 technician, Travis Sanferraro upgraded the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Thank you for the great customer service. Happy to have a working garage door. Parts come with a warranty as well.

Quick response called late Friday for a broken torsion spring for next day repair. We chose Precision for the complete installation appx. 15 years ago and our original torsion spring just went yesterday. Daniel was kind enough to set up a next day appointment and Steve our technician arrived on time a replaced it promptly. Gave the rest of the system a well check and on his way. Very polite explained everything before hand and did a great job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our garage door needs.

The way this garage door opener was handled by Precision from the day of installation, has been a total mess to the last service call on 2/22/23. The service warranty is on the level of your service, nothing but confusion. Life on belt, 5 years on parts & labor but I was charged $100.00. I paid $726 for a Linear with a Lift Master opener! This is not Quality. I was told from the beginning that one button openers were not sold with the Linear. (MTR1) is in the brochure. So, in conclusion this why you have two stars!!!

Logan did a great job installing a new spring for our door and a new more-powerful belt-driven motor for us yesterday. That night, after Logan left, we noticed a brief noise each time the garage door would start opening or closing. The next day, Luke was able to successfully troubleshoot the noise, which he solved by patiently exploring the issue and making some adjustments to the belt.
