I can't express enough the level of professionalism, kindness, individualized care and information that he provided as part of his estimate. He was very thorough in reviewing the step-by-step estimate and process for installation, and provided an itemized written review of the cost involved. He was very open to answering any questions and took the time to listen to what my needs were without rushing through the appointment. He even offered to be available at any time in case any future questions arise. I have met very few estimators that go above and beyond like Ricky did, and who take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make the customer feel truly heard, understood and well informed! Based solely on the experience I had with Ricky, I would recommend using Precision for any garage door needs.

The tech didn't want to even make any effort to try any other alternative way to open or fix the lock. Going forward, please don't send this tech to our house.

I'm a Precision customer. My door wouldn't open after power had gone off due to the hurricane, so I had to manually open and close it for a while. Was able to schedule a next-day appointment, even when calling late in the afternoon. I didn't get the technician's name, but he was great. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in five minutes. He showed me what to do next time (hopefully won't be one!) if I have to do manual operation due to power loss. Thanks Precision!

Nick our service man was right on time. He immediately diagnosed our problem and gave us an estimate on the spot to fix it. He also set up our garage opening devices and the programmed our cars. We didn't have any gloves and we were cleaning up after the hurricane and he gave us a pair of gloves from his truck to use. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone who has any kind of garage door problem
