I'm a Precision customer. My door wouldn't open after power had gone off due to the hurricane, so I had to manually open and close it for a while. Was able to schedule a next-day appointment, even when calling late in the afternoon. I didn't get the technician's name, but he was great. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in five minutes. He showed me what to do next time (hopefully won't be one!) if I have to do manual operation due to power loss.
