Precision Garage Doors and James Mantsch saved our Christmas Eve! James showed up on time, with a text to alert us, made a quick assessment of our problem, and gave us several options for repair. Tomi was more than my installed, he offer full service; offered options I immediately needed-burnt out motor and diagnosed future issues that would require other service calls—-bearings that were shot, rail wheels that were worn out just dragging, main spring that was rusted causing resistance. Fit it now or later, still will need to be done after 25+ years of waiting. Tomi came through with the customer service only a successful company that prides itself in offering the very best, and he did.

However, we do still regret if the repair may have exceeded your anticipated budget. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future if needed.

I had asked for an estimate for a garage door opener over the phone. First, I was told that for the service call I would be charged $ 49.95 if I chose not to buy a new opener. I was charged $ 50 not $ 49.95. Granted there is only a difference of a nickel, but the business needs to be consistent with pricing. Second, I was told over the phone by the cust rep, there the $ 49.95 paid upfront would be credited towards any work done in the next 3 months. When I relayed this information to the technician Christian, he was surprised by this fact. Again, there is a lack of consistency. Given the pricing , I need to take some time to decide. Hence, I was willing to pay for the service call as that was told to me upfront. But there was no need for Christian to make a remark at the end that " There are several other companies other there. Those will be a better fit for you" In the end I am the consumer, I will make the choice of looking through different companies and making the decision. That was insulting ! Please train your employees on how to communicate to the customers
