I chose "Precision" because they gave me a cost for a service call that was reasonable and all I had to pay if I just wanted adjusting and lubricating of my door. I did replace the springs at their suggestion and did not pay additional labor costs. I like a company that says what they will charge up front and then sticks to it. Good job "Precision".

There's no question that 5 stars go to your company. My garage door was broken in the open position when I called for help towards the end of the day. You put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with great news. After juggling some scheduling you said you would have a man out before the end of the next day. Earlier than expected I had a call from Justin that he could be here early. Justin had serviced my door before and took time to go over the condition of my opener and how long he thought it would last. Sure enough he was right. Deciding to have it replaced then and there was not a hard decision since his last visit was so informative on expected replacement costs. The low end brand I had wasn't worth putting money into. But Justin took time to call another company who find out if they could get the part and fix it if I wasn't prepared to buy a new one now. Now that's good old fashion customer service that is a dying art form in my book. So we installed a new opener that's high quality and a company and workmanship that's given them a valued reputation. Happy ending.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and honesty provided by Leigh. I thought I needed to replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, but Leigh felt it did not need to be replaced. He lubricated all hinges, rollers, rubber trim and felt that would do the trick. Should it not, he will return with no extra service charges. You couldn't ask for better than that as a guarantee.

We had an issue with the seal on the bottom of the door coming loose. The Technician, Seth, quickly repaired the problem and performed a full inspection of the garage door components. During the inspection, he discovered a few corollary issues that could have led to additional malfunctions. As part of the service call, he corrected all of them. Seth was efficient, courteous and pleasant to deal with and our garage door now works even better than when it was new.
