The technician who came to fix three garage doors that became inoperative following hurricane Milton was John. He was exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, and arranged to obtain the replacement parts while he was at my home. He then left while the parts were being delivered. He returned later that same day, installed the needed parts, tested all three doors to make sure they were working properly before departing. Found Precision via a neighbor's recommendation. Service was excellent. Joseph explained everything and presented two options. I had a broken spring so I replaced both the springs and the rollers. I can now lift the door during a power outage. During the power outage following the last hurricane, I had to recruit a neighbor to raise the door. Great service at competitive rates.

This Morning John , repaired my garage door and installed a new key pad. He also service my door and replaced the springs. He was an excellent worker, he knew what he was doing and answered my questions. He was able to complete the entire job in one and a half hours. I could not be happier with the work he performed and the end results.

They installed my garage door and 3 1/2 Year later it started rusting on the horizontal edges where moisture and dew accumulate.l called the manager and he said he will send an employee out to look at and he took pictures.They sent me an email saying that I pressure washed my garage door and that voided my warranty . Well I didn't pressure wash my door and I have never had my house pressure washed . So I would stay away from this company. There commercials are so annoying every time I see one so full of crap!!!!

Tale of 2 days: initially set up repair for next day service & specifically asked & was told by service rep that if no one was home, garage door would be open & to CALL me with ANY questions or concerns; day of service I see tech has arrived at our place but after 3 plus hours no call or anything so I contacted office where Anthony saved the day & got another tech (Ephraim - great guy) out the next day since nothing was ever done by original tech.. So job was completed a day later than necessary. Need to tighten up sloppy miscommunication with all the other competitors out there..

Very responsive to problem with door not opening. Provide me with options to handle situation--system was 19 years old. I decided to replace the entire system including motor, springs, cable, and rollers, etc. The two technicians, John and Josh, were very courteous, kept me informed on work as it was being done, cleaned up afterwards, made sure all equipment was working properly, synced remote controls and car remote button. All handled the same day that I called for service. Highly recommend this company.
