He assessed the door components, and provided us with a quote to get our 5 year old garage door back to excellent working condition which he explained thoroughly. The repairs were completed promptly. Alex Reich called a bit before the appointed window and asked if it would be okay to come early. He showed up promptly. He was professional, courteous, fixed my actual problem and responded to questions on other situation. Without going into more detail, he was exceptionally competent, fixed everything we needed, and I would ask for him again in a heartbeat if we ever need a garge door or opener repair again. The Precision garage door and opener are six years old and this is the first service call we have needed. A very satisfied customer.
