Also suggested new rollers since the old metal ones had flat spots and the open bearings were full of dirt. Final bill was less than the estimate which made me happy.

The friendly crew with Precision were professional from the initial service call to the installation day. My doors needed more than repairs and I didn’t feel pressured into a upgrading to new doors. I was presented with all the information - including a realistic timeframe of when the new doors would be available. I was pleasantly surprised when the doors arrived earlier than expected and the installation date was set shortly there after. The installer arrived promptly and worked throughout the morning to finish the double door install in one day. After he finished he took the time to help me set up the outside keypad, review the manuals, and explain all other important details. I haven’t bought garage doors before so I don’t have a previous experience to compare to, but, in comparison to other home-improvement related services, Precision did very well.

Just spent 4 hours cleaning my garage. Installer made an unbelievable mess. He cleaned up by blowing everything-plaster, metal shavings, screws, nuts and bolts etc. under cabinets, shelves and into every imaginable corner of my garage. I could go on and on but I will end with letting you know that tiny metal shavings make a real mess on and in a garage carpet. He also did not caulk areas he damaged saying that he only had white caulk and the house painters would be able to do a better job. Clearly not a good, complete job. The door is very good and works fine.

Good morning Mr. Shea, we are sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with the clean up from our install. Being a large job with 100's of metal screws the metal shavings are unavoidable but our clean up job should still be handled without issues. As far as caulk we do not have color match caulk but we do have standard color caulk which was explained by the installer and we would certainly be happy to come back out to make sure we caulk the trim if you choose. It was explained to us that this was left off after a discussion with you on site and before you signed your final invoice. If that information is incorrect or there was a miscommunication we would love to get this rectified for you immediately. We are happy that your door is working as it should but if there are any aspects of your install that you are not 100%satisfied with please contact our main office directly at 941-351-2408 and we will make sure we get any and all problems corrected immediately.
