Me most about the experience is that the repair man was not vaccinated and did not wear a mask! I think this is disrespectful of your customers. He then started to tell me, as though he were an expert in the science field of COVID-19, that it’s not dangerous. I decided at that point to just keep quiet because I did not want to get in an argument with this man. Why do you not have your unvaccinated employees wear a mask? I think many of us would like to know the answer.

Ms Carnes I had left you a message to try and discuss this situation with you. We take full ownership of this situation and not only has that tech been spoken to but we re-iterated to all our employees while we are seeing brighter days since the pandemic began it is still very much a real threat. Because some restrictions have lifted it is easy to "forget" about rules like masks and safety, all our techs have proper PPE equipment, hand sanitizer and are expected to have the discussion with the homeowner about maintaining social distance. Also while we give our employees the freedom to make their own medical decisions for themselves and their family, medical information is personal and should be kept private and not to be discussed with customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can adjust and do better in the future.

After realizing that the existing opener was in disrepair, Fischer offered options for a replacement. Once selection was mad, the technician went to work immediately and after an hour or so, the new opener was installed. Fischer programmed the outdoor keypad as well as the transmitter in my vehicle. Cleanup was immaculate! I have used Precision in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as well as recommend their service.

We had our Precision door installed a few years ago mainly due to the professionalism of the person who came to do the quote and the thoroughness of the quote, also the warranty on the various door parts.
