First time using Precision and it was awesome. No one likes dishing out extra money around Christmas but Sam explained the process, Arrived on time, Early actually and got our torsion system replaced and back up and running in no time. (Less than an hour) Good prices and a great employee. Will definitely recommend precision to anyone that needs a garage door or a repair!

Overall, fantastic experience with Precision! Everyone was on time from quoting to install. Communication was great. Pricing was also really good. Install took about 3 hours which included a new opener as well. Very thorough, clean up was spot on. You guys are fabulous!

Had a bolt come loose from the tracking on a Friday night, made the whole thing inoperable, called Precision and they were here next morning (Saturday) and the technician was friendly and a real pro at his craft. He retorked all the bolts and lubed everything! All with no upcharge because it was Saturday. Competent, fast, friendly! We will always call Precision for our Garage door issues!

I received the monthly coupon package yesterday. I usually throw it or most of it away, but "Precision Garage Door' caught my eye. When I tried opening our garage door this morning, it had a big problem. I dug the phone # on the coupon out of the trash, called, and less than an hour later, Sam arrived! He checked it out, gave us an estimate, and finished the job before noon! Superior customer service, knowledge, friendliness, and comfort, in feeling like it was done right! I you help me with a problem with my garage door before and the service person did a good job and I heard from soneone else who had you and had a good experience. My problem this time was my wifes grandson put in a door opener for us but he could not get the door working right. I needed the opener checked to either fix it right or replace it. The service guy found out that the wiring was not done right and was able to get it working right. We were willing to have a new one put in so we had a working garage door and he fixed our problem by fixing the wiring and getting the button in the garage to work getting us controls for the cars and even connecting my wifes control in her car to open the opener. It ment slot to us and I think his name was jason did a great job for us. We are elderly and we appreciate some helping us out like that means alot to us.

We made an appointment for a tune-up. Good thing we did, as we needed to replace rollers, springs and other items. Kyle was wonderful, explained what needed to be done and showed us the issues. He gave us options which helped us make our decision for repairs and we did not have to make a follow-up appointment for repairs He stayed and completed all the repairs.
