Solved problem?? Courteous and Professional ?? Helpful?? Prompt?? Price???????? For what we paid I would’ve expected the work area put back to spotless. Maybe even wipe down the white inside of the door. People beware! Although very prompt response I was charged what felt like “Emergency Repair” price. Let these people do your quote. Don’t let them pressure you. Get other quotes. You’ll thank me.

We requested a technician to come for a routine check (or so we thought!) and one of our springs broke on the spot!. Kyle, the tech on site was absolutely awesome and professional. My garage door didn't seem stable after repair work was done in May, 2023. I called Precision Door Service since they performed the service in May. Bryce and Jake, two managers, came out to talk to me and review the work. Both were very professional. They then assigned a tech (Sam Campbell) to come out, same day, and do some additional work for no charge. All three representatives were top notch and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were able to come out right away to fix my garage door. Technician came when promised and was courteous and efficient. I appreciated that I received a text with photo of the tech letting me know he was on the way. Also received a call from tech letting me know. Our garage door acted up on a Saturday. We called Precision Garage Door about 10:30 in the morning and a technician came out before noon. He found the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost and had everything finished before 1:00! He was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied and that everything worked and our garage door openers were connected before he left. We will call again if we have any other problems.
