I had an unexpected issue with my garage door on a Saturday morning and was not able to close it. So I needed someone right away. I was surprised to find a company that did not charge extra for Saturday service. I had some at my house in about 90 mins. He was right on time and professional and friendly. Explained all my options very well. I will continue to use prescision for my future garage door needs.

Garage door broke this morning. Called Precision 9:30. Colton Myers the technician arrived at 10:30 and the repair was completed before noon. Colton did a great job. I would give him six stars if it was an option. Totally satisfied.

When I contacted your company I was given a rough estimate for repair of the cables. It amounted to around $135. Your repairman gave me a quote of $400. $100 of that was just to lower the door to the ground. That's ridiculous. I can't recommend your company due to these shady practices. I was also told that I would have to pay a $40 estimate fee if I didn't accept the bid. The technician also said your competition would charge me a $300 estimate fee if I didn't go with their bid. So no, I won't be recommending your company.

Service was fantastic, called that morning about my broken spring and a technician was out to my house and fixed before noon that same day. Ryan, the technician, was awesome. He explained every issue he found with the initial inspection and talked me through the options for replacement. Precision Garage Door Service was recommended by family members. Best way to find out about good services! We appreciated how hard our technician worked to connect to a car that was not cooperating. He tried several ways to get the car to connect to the door opener system. He also explained why he used certain lubricants over others so our knowledge of what to do in the future was increased.
