Kyle Muyskens was our technician. He was a very positive, professional individual and assessed and repaired our door within an hour. Precision Doors provided excellent service. Our door suddenly went off the tracks at 7:00 pm. An hour later I called and because of their extended hours, was able to get an appointment the next day. My door was fully functional by 5:00 pm and just before a massive snowstorm was arriving.

Garage door springs were broken. Got appointment for next day between 8 and 10 am. Technician called later that day and said they finished a job early and had time to come that afternoon instead of waiting for next day appointment. They were very professional and let me know exactly what happened and what they were going to do to fix problem. Took only about 45 minutes. Great technicians and extra happy to get work done early.
