I called Precision after our garage door stopped working at 1:00 on a Sunday (broken spring, several rusted parts). They had a technician out, diagnosed the problem(s), went through options with me, and finished the repairs within 2-3 hours of my phone call. Kyle was outstanding; he made sure we understood everything and went through several options for repairs. Super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Bryce and another man arrived within the time window I was given. He called ahead and I repeated specific directions. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me 4 options regarding repair. Since I rent I chose the repair that would work well until something else went wrong, at which point I'll ask the owners to pay for it all. Bryce and his helper were both very friendly, clean, and explained everything to me before starting work. While the work was not inexpensive for the time involved and no parts, it was fair and the door sounds better than it has in months. The other options for repair seemed expensive to me, but I am not familiar with garage door repairs. Next time there is a problem I'll call the owners and they can decide what to do - at THEIR cost.
