Eric came out to replace a keyless entry pad but after looking at our existing garage door opener system I was told the system is too old to accept the new technology. He gave me an estimate to replace our existing which includes a keyless entry pad. No charge for the service call!

We are so pleased with the service provided by this company. We called in the morning when our garage door stopped working. They had a serviceman here within 45 minutes and the door was fixed less than 2 hours after the initial call with all old, broken, rusted out parts replaced. The serviceman was professional. He assessed the problem and presented multiple options on how to fix it with various quotes to choose from. It was wonderful service from start to finish. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Our garage door spring broke and the other one was close to going. Kyle was great when he came to assess what was needed. He prepared two options: to repair and to replace. I appreciated the thought and effort he put into writing up both ways. I didn't ask him to. I decided to go with the 'replace' option, as the door was outdated and to replace it was only a couple hundred dollars more. The guys who did the install were fantastic. They were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up everything afterwards. And now I have a very nice garage door! Love it!

It was 7:50am and our garage door went up, then when it went down, it was obviously broken as it was hanging at an angle. We called, as we had used Precision before, and Blake, the Service Tech, was there by 8:30am. He had to repair many items, but so pleased we could get it fixed in one stop, right then and there!
