Mr. Eric Taylor did an outstanding job installing a new motor for the double car garage. He also completed a safety checklist on the door and programmed my automobile to the new system. This was my 1st time using Precision Door. I honestly chose them because the springs on my door broke when I was shutting the door at the end of the day. This happened with both cars stuck inside the garage on a Saturday evening. I called Precision... because they were one of the few companies that service garage doors on nights and weekends and no charge. They came out quickly and I had the privilege of working with Jeffery. He was polite, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was so nice to work with!!! He is an outstanding employee and a real asset to your business!!! He knows garage door stuff?????? Precision installed our door opener years ago...we've had different sporadic problems with it..to be expected after 25 years..and this latest call was a simple fix...and Eric and Bryce were very kind and were able to fix the small problem without any hassle...and I was reassured I had not done something to totally wreck it! When I called early in the morning I wasn’t sure they would be able to come and repair our broken spring before we were leaving town on vacation. They told me they would be at my house between 8-10 am. When Jeffery arrived he was professional and explained everything clearly that we would need and said it would be less than an hour to do all the repairs. 30 minutes later, the door was working and the bill was paid.
