I schedule an appt on Sunday for the Following day after backing into my garage door. It couldn’t close and there was some moderate damage. The technician came out around 8 AM but my wife and I were not able to be there. He called me and communicating very well. The parts were replaced, the door was fixed and also lubricated within about one hour and I paid over the phone. I thought it would be a major hassle and very expensive, and neither were true. If I run into my door again, I know who to call.

Outstanding people to work with from start to finish!! Excellent, efficient service. I chose to contact Precision after looking online and seeing many great reviews (now I know why and give them another!) and the ease in navigating their excellent website. I sent a msg and was called back immediately to schedule an appt. and within a couple days we had a quote, a timeline on install and install when we requested. Text messages were sent when the sales or service tech was on his way to our home. Fabulous company!

Door stopped working on all remotes we called and they came out within a couple of hours. Cameron was excellent he reprogrammed door and everything worked precisely within minutes of him arriving. This company is amazing and everything under warranty.

Very nice and professional. Only issue is I asked tech to repair a broken garage door. He caMe out and did $300 worth of work, then realized that his repairs would not fix it, and I need a new door. So now I have to pay for $300 worth of work PLUS a new door! Why didn’t he just tell me I needed a door right away???

Did a full change-out: door, opener, all the trimming. Only thing they did not replace was the garage walls! Insulated door, coated springs, well sealed, dead silent opener, very neat and clean installation. 4.5 hours from drive up to drive away. They did a good job.

Unsatisfied with my experience. Garage door did not get fixed. Crew mislead me into thinking my wiring was bad, only to call an electrician out and be told the complete opposite. I got a second garage door repair company out shortly after and they fixed the door in 15 mins.
