I thought the appraiser Cameron Frickey and assistant did a very good job of determining what was needed to replace my boat-port overhead door. He sent us the estimate options we discussed. They were clear and concise on the work needed. They were very professional with their discussion of details with me. The only comment I have is, when estimators come out to make their determination of what is needed to do the job for people over 65, that they should wear face masks to protect the potential clients. Even I, at 77, was even lax about it until my wife brought one out to me! We are in a face mask mode for outdoor activity in Louisiana now in Phase 2. Even after Phase 2 is lifted, elderly vulnerability will remain for quite some time.

My wife was very excited the garage door was repaired when she came home. The quietness of the door, the neatness of the repairs were very professional. Was glad to know there is a year warranty on spring as we use this entrance as our main source of entrance. My wife thought it was a lil expensive doing such crisis. When the technician was on his way, Precision Door notified me with a text and a picture of the technician. The Precision Door work van was clearly identifiable. I appreciated these safety measures. Technician Mark Skewes was very professional. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and did a good job communicating the problem and solution for my swing gate operator. I also was having an issue with a remote controller. He didn't have one for my unit in the truck, so he drove to their office and picked one up for me. Great service.
