Cameron and Chad came out on Saturday and were very polite and courteous while on the service call. They were able to program my automatic door to the openers and car. They check the spring on the door as well as greased the joints. Explained what periodical maintenance needed to done to the door. I would definitely give Cameron and Chad Five Stars!

The Precision team was fantastic. Thorough, speedy, detailed oriented, friendly, and patient. Walked me through and explained every aspect of the many upgrades to my new system. I used to dread opening my garage door. The grinding gears were so noisy that the neighbor’s dogs three doors down would howl when I opened it. It was awful. When Anthony finished, he demonstrated opening the garage door multiple times. I didn’t hear a peep from the garage door or the dogs. Thanks guys!!

Service was AWESOME!! Trent Trammell was here at exactly the time promised and he texted his info and that he was on his way. He assessed my broken garage door (with my car trapped inside the garage) and presented me with many options for repairs or replacement. Considering that my opener was 20 years old, I opted to replace. Trent worked nonstop for 3 hours. He was very professional and careful. He completed the job in time for me to go pick up my grandson at school. I will recommend your company to family and friends very highly!! Trent is a great asset to your company.

I would definitely recommend Precision! I had an older door and it wouldn't open on the first try. Anthony came and installed a new motor and it works great. He worked quickly, explained how the new motor works (so much quieter than the old one!) and even programmed my car for me. Great service!

One of my garage door openers “cratered” late Friday afternoon. I looked on the internet and saw an ad from Precision Door Company. I immediately contacted them the arranged to have a service tech at my home first thing Saturday morning. Anthony arrived as scheduled and tried to fix the opener. The opener, having been over 15 years old, could not be repaired. A Rhône year told me that he could install immediately install a new opener with a lifetime warranty. The price he quoted “blew my mind” however, since he was already at my house ready to install a new opener and, since I had no idea what a quality new opener would cost with labor, I decided to go ahead with the installation. Anthony was able to offer me a senior discount which lowered the final price of the opener. Hindsight, I believe that I made the right decision. I feel that I purchased a quality garage door opener and the installation service could not have been more professional. When my other garage door opener “dies” I will not hesitate to purchase another opener offered by Precision Door.

Amazing customer service from first call. We felt no pressure in repairing or buying a door from your company. The technician, Fabian Veloso, was very knowledgeable, patient and gave us good information. Emails, texts, and calls from Precision kept us informed. Because we were impressed with the company, instead of repairing and trying to fortify our existing old door, we opted for a new hurricane garage door and a LiftMaster motor. Fabian was on time for all appointments. The work was done expertly and very professional.
