The response was great. I called at about 9:00 am and a repairman called back at about 10:00 am. He arrived thirty minutes later. He found the problem, fixed it and was gone by 11:30 am. Great response great service super nice repairman. I have used Precision for my gate & garage door since I moved to this house and every experience has been this enjoyable. I would use no one else. I had a specific project in mind and didn’t know if it was doable. Brad showed up on time and assured me that Precision could absolutely do it. He explained every detail. When he was finished taking measurements etc. he gave me a price and emailed me several scenarios that we had discussed with detailed quotes. Brad was very professional every step. A true southern gentleman.

Precision was able to send Dakota out the same day we called to assess the damage. Javon was here the next morning installing our new garage door. He explained what he needed to do to install the door and how long it would take him. Both employees were very courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Precision.

Mason Williams installed a new garage door opener and new rollers on my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of the different types of openers that were available, i opted for the wall mounted direct drive. He did an outstanding job removing my old opener and installing the new one and afterwards he cleaned up the the garage and removed all the old parts. He took his time explaining the operation and set up the app on my phone. Can’t say enough about how neat and thorough he was , did a great job representing his company and their products.

From the call to get someone to fix my driveway gate issues to the service tech Mark who fixed it I was very pleased. I got an appointment scheduled on the first day I called Wednesday and two days later Friday my gate was fixed. This is after numerous calls and message left with the company who originally installed my gate. From now on Precision Door is who I will call and recommend to anyone who asks.
