Great service! I called in the morning and my new garage door opener was installed the same afternoon. Mason was my technician; he did a great job. I enjoyed talking with him as well. The new opener was installed and adjusted, and all the waste was cleaned and removed, including the old track. Mason explained the operation of the unit and guided me through the setup of the smartphone app - I love it. The door moves smoothly and quietly with the belt drive. Highly recommended.

I have no clue how the technician did, because we have not yet ben our there. However, we were quoted $300 for this work . We received the invoice for the 300 plus an added $125 fee for "commercial service fee" which was not disclosed to us. We balked at the $300 charge, because it is not that inconvenient to drive close to door, but we most certainly would not have scheduled this if you quoted $425.

The technician Mr. Mark arrived ahead of schedule and surveyed the issue with our garage door not opening or closing with remotes. He explained that the circuit board needed to be replaced and he could have it repaired right now onsite. He quoted a reasonable price and proceeded to repair the board. He also checked all remotes to make sure they were working properly with the new circuit board replacement. And on top of all that he made sure the striping around the bottom of the door was secured. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors service to anyone in needed.

I had problem with my garage door on a Fri. I call in and was told a service man would come on a Sat to look at my problem and recommend a solution complete with a cost estimate estimate. Cameron contacted me when in route and arrived at 4pm. He was professional and personable. He surveyed my situation and offered me 3 varied solutions with the cost of each. With no pressure, I selected the one that was in my best interest. He than very efficiently went about his work of getting my door not only working but working better than it did before. He patiently discussed the advantages of each choice I had. I feel very comfortable with the choices offered and the one I made. I would not hesitate to contact this company again.
