He was professional and thorough in his review and my options. He completed the complete overhaul(springs, pulleys, rollers and a new bracket) on the spot! It was definitely more expensive than anticipated, but recommended. Quote on the phone was not close to actual price. My garage door broke at 4PM on a Saturday, I called, by 6:30PM same day, my garage was fixed!

Your repair rep quoted us with $975.00 to fix our garage door. He replaces the spring although we had install a brand new spring. He started aligning the rails but he can’t align one of the rails. At about 4:50pm something he quit and demanded the full amount that was quoted. We told him that the contract was not done. He insisted that we have to pay the entire amount even though the job was not done. To avoid any confrontation we wrote a check for the entire amount. The name of the repairman was Nathaniel. Please look into our case because the garage door was not done. Your company’s reputation will be on jopardy without fixing the situation. You can call me or send me an email
