Matt Jones did a great job replacing our broken garage door opener Saturday night! The new Precision belt vs chain drive is very quiet and looks like it should last. The control switches have improved features as well. We also got credit for earlier visit where we had hoped an adjustment might work. Worth the chance. Matt did work in less than an hour. Also programmed both cars. Nice young man and very polite!

I had pushed out having the garage door motor system, squeaky rollers, leaky door sealer and bent chain track redone for several years, until I locked myself accidentally in and could not open the garage door at all. I chose Precision Doors several years ago when I was living in Washington State and had experienced excellent service during that time so when I moved to Florida 5 years ago and had an issue with my garage door, my first thought was to call Precision here in Sarasota. So far I’ve used their services twice in Sarasota. The professionalism, timeliness and customer service was as consistently excellent on today’s call out as every other time I’ve had need of their services. The service person today called 20/25 minutes ahead of the appointment time to be sure arriving a little early was convenient for me. He was neat and tidy in appearance and explained clearly his findings what he was doing to solve the issues. In my history of using Precision, I have never been pressured to buy something that wasn’t necessary and where appropriate, my choices and the costs were explained clearly. I feel very comfortable recommending them to others as I am confident they will be given good service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would. Had a spring on my garage door break on a weekend and Doug came out Sunday afternoon and replaced both springs and made all the necessary adjustments so now my door works better than every. Doug was professional and paid close attention to detail, making multiple adjustments until he felt he had it just right. Plus a really nice guy to chat with. Highly recommend these guys if you need anything garage door related!

I had already done some research to get a general idea of pricing and which providers were rated well in reviews. Precision Garage Door was very upfront with pricing when I called and had good reviews by previous verified customers. Matt did a great job and was very thorough in the inspection. I had him install new springs, cables, end bearings and the center bearing. The door works perfectly and you can lift it with your finger. :)
