We just got our garage door repaired from Precision and I will only go to them from here on out! They were easy and flexible with scheduling and our Technician, Matt Jones, was on time, quick to get the job done correctly and very knowledgeable on the products and services we needed. After 10 years, the suspension on our garage door was shot and made an AWFUL noise and did not shut all the way. We now have a completely closed silent door with a new weather strip! I highly recommend both Precision as a company and their Tech, Matt!

It was gratifying the service truck had the needed replacement parts on board and the dry rotted ceiling opener belt was immediately replaced. Also took opportunity to replace other worn down door opener parts. Thus far not using the internet link and the automatic opener garage light clicks off too soon when I must stay in the garage. So i must remember at times to turn on regular garage light. The aged door needed replacing and a replacement door also was ordered ( it sealed poorly, was rusting and there was some siding that was water damaged). So within a few weeks my new garage door arrived for installation. Happily the color was perfect, although the sample seemed a poor match initially. So thank all the service and office staff for excellent service. Smith in Mote Ranch.
