I'm not so pleased I was charged Bradley the 2 end bearing plates I was charged 150.00 each that I shouldn't have been more than 35.00 each and the center bearing was charged 100.00 that doesn't cost more than 25.00 I was credited 300.00 for 2 spring that I was charged 600.00 for after making a few calls around realizeing that I was badly over charged not so sacrificed the way the service guy treated me Allen Alfonso

Cody provided superb customer service as well as performed the necessary repairs to my garage door expertly. He was thorough at explaining the issues with the door’s malfunction, parts required and my options (including pricing). I called Precision Garage Door repair on a Thursday night, an appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and noon the following morning. Cody called when he was within 1/2 hour of arriving at my residence. My experience was super positive and I would use Precision again if the need arises.

They did an outstanding job installing the new garage door opener, and also assisted me in programming both cars to work with the new door opener. I’m very satisfied with their work. My dissatisfaction is with the price I paid. I thought I was been given a good deal with the military discount and other considerations but after conducting market research I realized I overpaid as I was charge over 100% of the opener cost to have it install and I only got 1 remote when it normally comes with two. Someone please call me to explain why I was charged so much, maybe I’m missing something.

Travis called before he arrived to alert me that he was on his way. Once he arrived he greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. After surveying the broken garage door springs, he could see that one was broken in half. He proceeded to check out what needed to be done took time to explain to me what caused the problem. Then he advised me of the cost. I agreed for him to continue the work. He did an outstanding job...being alone, I thought that was pretty amazing. I'm a DIY guy myself and had looked at a U-tube video on how to repair garage door spring and knew right away this job was way over my head. Especially when you have to deal with making sure the tension was off and having to retorque the springs when done. that's why I choose to let the experience guys do what they do best.
