Had new springs installed on both garage doors. Our service technician Bob also pointed out broken rollers on both doors and a shredding cable on the main door. Bob was able to fix all the items during our service call. Very pleased with the end result. Bob was friendly, efficient and professional.

We purchased a 5 year old model villa in Estancia a year ago. The garage door subcontractor who installed the garage door did a poor job. It started making a loud noise. Keith from Precision immediately saw the problem with his expertise. The wrong size springs had been used causing the bearings in the rollers to wear out and the frame work was bent from being out of alignment. Had there been an emergency with no power we couldn’t have opened the door with the rope. Precision is the best. On time and their techs are trained to get the job done. They fixed a problem for our daughter previously due to the same builder subcontractor issue, and she was happy with their service as well. 5 stars all the way, wouldn’t have anyone else !!!
