Precision did a great job replacing my old garage door opener system. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem and within a couple days, we agreed on the work and he returned to do the job. New system, wall unit, keypad, 2 openers, springs, bright LED light on the overhead motor, etc were replaced. He went over everything with me. He showed me how to program the new keypad and made sure everything worked. The garage opens smoothly and very quietly. I have 2 new openers that work both garage doors. Chris did a great job. He was courteous and I enjoyed talking with him. I am very pleased with the efficiency and timely replacement of the system. I would recommend Chris and Precision for sure.

We found Precision Garage Door on the internet when we could not open and close our garage door this morning. Fortunately they had a technician David Allen available this morning because of a cancellation. David was terrific. He understood the problem and he was able to do the fix. We found him pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. He installed the new garage door opener, programmed the car remotes, programmed the handheld backup door opener, etc. The new opener is quiet, has a smooth movement, and a bright night light. It's all good and we're 100% satisfied.

Had new garage door opener installed in 2022. It's remote access stopped working all of a sudden. We spent several calls with controller company customer support resetting network and doing hard reset without success. Finally was told that battery backup wired connection needed to be removed and then troubleshoot again. In frustration called Precision who installed it and asked for help to get working. Brian was our tech who was dispatched. Was very confident he could fix the problem and was able to go through several steps and restored both opening and camera functions. Made us thankful we called. He was thorough and ensured everything worked including redoing all the controllers after multiple hard resets. We were resolved to paying a service call or hourly fee just to get our door working again but he was able to rewire the battery and reset in 20 minutes and called his company and they waived the fee. This service after the sale stands out in my mind as increasingly rare in today's world and makes Precision a future call for us when we need any other garage door related work. Good customer service after the sale and great technician in Brian. Overall 5 star experience this week. Thank you.
