Brian Hauser came to my house to repair my garage door cable. My appt was scheduled 10 - 12, Brian had an opening in his schedule and called me to see if I would be available earlier. That never happens! Brian explained that my broken cable was causing other parts of my opener to do double duty and that everything was on the older side. Brian gave me 3 options to choose from. Since the cost from option 1 to option 3 was minimal I chose the overall update. Brian explained everything he would do thoroughly and answered my questions. He did the work in about 2 hours and then showed me how to work it all. My garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly and the light on the motor is so bright. Precision Door lived up to their name and Brian was knowledgeable and very polite. I would certainly recommend Precision Door and Brian Hauser to anyone. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the company, customer service and the technician. Thank you!

Before his arrival, Justin called ahead and then at our home couldn't have been more courteous and professional. I had hoped our balky garage-door opener just needed a new keypad. But after his inspection, he carefully explained problems and showed, for example, evidence of heat and deterioration. He also said the door itself looked fine, and didn't try to impose a costly new one. When I said I wanted our son-in-law to weigh in by phone because he is more knowledgeable than me, Justin took the call and explained everything satisfactorily. He then performed the work skillfully, but also took time to chat about family and sports. He even detected and removed an old unoccupied wasp nest. We give him a top rating.

Very dissatisfied with the service I have received. I have had ongoing issues with my door since it was installed 2 years ago. My door finally caved in and no one knows why but the company is going to charge me $5,000 to replace a door that I believe should be covered under their “lifetime warranty”. The service tech who came out for the cave in told me I should have had metal supports installed on the inside middle section of my door but this is the first time I’m being told this after having 2 or 3 previous service techs out for issues. The manager I spoke to on the phone stated, “I have never seen a door cave in like yours and I have been in the business for a long time”. The manager then proceeded to try and convince me that something had to have hit my door even though I kept telling him that was impossible because there was a car parked in my driveway. Another issue is I received a quote for $2,500 from a different company for the same door as Precision is going to install. This other company told me they purchase their doors at the same distributor as Precision. I’m not sure why there is such a huge mark up in price with Precision. The other company is even going to install the metal supports that the Precision tech said I should have had installed. Needless to say, if Precision does not replace my door at no charge, I will be going with the other company and I will make sure to file the necessary complaints with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General against Precision.
