David was great! He showed up right on time, called before hand & even asked if he could get anything for me on the way. He looked thoroughly at our garage door, and came up with 3 or 4 different solutions. No sales push, and wasn’t going to have me buy anything I didn’t need. I liked the text message with his photo so I knew who I was letting in my house. He actually was able to arrive early which I appreciated. We just selected Precision based on some reviews and advertising. Everything went perfectly. Our garage door springs broke on Saturday and David Allen, the technician, arrived promptly Monday morning and got the information about our problem. Failed springs. He quickly verified the problem, inspected the door as well as the garage door electric opener. He explained that the type of springs on our 13 year old door were no longer made but he had a superior replacement. After doing his inspection he gave us a very thorough report inspection which included photos of questionable items. He gave us three options for the repair. We decided to take the most expensive option, without any kind of sales pressure. We had the spring lifting system replaced along with the door rollers and a new lift master belt driven opener with all new controls, remotes etc. The system has a lifetime warranty so we felt that was good to know. The door raises and closes very smoothly with just a whisper. We are very pleased with the professionalism of David and the very clean an professional install. We would recommend Precision garage door to family and friends.

I was told on Thursday that they couldn't come until the following Tuesday. A spring had broken and our car was stuck in our garage. They said they would call if they had any cancellations. Their technician David Eilers called at 4pm on Friday and said he'd a cancellation and could come over. He came right over, did a full diagnosis of our garage door and opener. He gave us four quotes for the levels of repairs recommended. We chose one and he began his work. He was finished by 7pm and we were very satisfied - and the door now opens and closes perfectly.
