Such a professional company – very responsive, texted me frequently to update me, sent a picture of the technician ahead of time along with his name, showed up early, and completed the work within an hour. The new door opener was significantly better than the basic model I had. Unless you really know what you are doing and can do the work yourself, I cannot imagine there is a better company to use.

We had a new garage door and operner installed by technicians Terry White and George Shaw. Terry was very accommodating with the time of our installation coming at 7:00 a.m. so I could make a schedule appointment later. Terry was very helpful answering all my questions regarding my choices. Later when I had trouble linking a universal remote, Terry stayed on the phone and walked me through it. I highly recommend Precision Door. Our new door looks great and I barely hear it.

Our garage door spring snapped on a Sunday afternoon and Precision Door got a guybto our house first thing Monday, which happened to be Memorial Day. Terry White was the tech and fixed it up in no time. He was friendly, smiling, and seemed to love his job. Couldn’t ask for more than that.

Field installation was great , however we had issue and called the office to see if the technician could stop back for a programing issue . No one never call back. This is quite frustrating since the field technician was so helpful. I'm sure if he got the message he would have called. The call attendant has drop the ball.
