We opted Precision for their prompt service compare to the prior service company. The technician Terry was professional and (I assume) he gave us honest estimates and advice on the repairs. We went ahead with the recommended services and had him do the job for us. Terry completed the job within 2 hours and left the place neat. I guess the time will tell if the job quality holds to the amount of money we spend.

My experience with this repair from Precision was one of the best service experiences I've ever had! I looked on the website initially and was impressed with the BBB rating of A+ and the other positive customer reviews. When I called Customer Service, they repeated all of my information to assure they had correct spellings, email and phone number. I received two to three each text messages and emails for my next day service. I received a text when my technician Terry was on his way for service between 12 Noon and 2 p.m. He arrived shortly after 12 Noon and he was very pleasant and explained several aspects of what we were looking at. My garage door opener which was broken was 25 years old. Terry indicated that one solution was to try a repair but he really felt a replacement was the best way to go. We agreed and he was done in about an hour and a half, and now I have a new and quiet opener! I was surprised at the reasonable price when presented the bill. I would rate my experience and Terry a "5" and would not hesitate to call Precision again, since I have a second opener on the other side of my garage. Thanks, Precision!!

My 21-year-old garage door opener unexpectedly died this afternoon (even though it had been showing signs of "illness" for months) . . . there was no way to open the garage door manually that I knew of, and it really seemed like my Mustang was stored for the winter whether I liked it or not. A quick phone call to Precision, and less than two hours later the tech (George Shaw) arrived and I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. In a very short space of time he replaced my noisy and unreliable garage door opener with a brand-new opener which worked much more smoothly and quietly.
