Yep… I’m not happy I was told 3 xs that my garage door would be fully functional after service. It worked the 1st day with a glitch of 3/4 down then up again. It did that all week then it was 1/10 the way down and no closure at all automatically. I called and Jake came out. He was nice. He told me that a new lift would fix it. Another 6-700 dollar fix! Im not happy and I will never recommend this company!

The technicians then offer their best recommendation based on safety, cost effectiveness, and value to each individual customer. When we first arrived to service your garage door system, we noted that in addition to the problems the door itself was having, your operator was over twenty years old. Unfortunately, openers do not last as long as most homeowners would like, certainly after struggling to operate with parts of the garage door itself failing. We advised the best option would be to address the parts failing on the door, and potentially replace the operator with a new unit that would also be covered under our warranty, to guarantee its reliability. We are sorry the repair was not enough to keep the opener working for an extended period of time and understand your frustration. I had my broken spring and the spring on the second door replaced today. I called this morning and had two repair men here this afternoon. The service was great, they explained everything they were going to do. All the parts that were needed were on the truck so I didn't have to wait. They ended up replacing the garage door opener also. They cleaned up the mess, programed the garage door opener in both of my cars all in about 2 hours. I couldn't have asked for better service and would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door work.

I have never used this company before but am glad I did. I requested Brian Payne as my service technician after reading so many positive, great reviews from previous customers. They were correct!! Brian called the morning of appointment leaving a message that he would call about 30 minutes before arriving at my home. He did indeed call again and was prompt in arrival. Brian was professional yet friendly in offering 3 options for repairing my garage door. He was honest in what he felt was best for the repairs needed yet non pressuring and was happy to explain the details, cost and benefits of each option. I choose to replace my nearly 30 year old garage door opener as well as the rollers, cables and springs on the existing door. I called on Monday and Brian came out on Wednesday to give me an estimate. He completed everything, including the work in less than 2 hours. He replaced the spring, rollers, drums, cables, bearings and oiled all the other hinges etc. He took time to explain how to check the door, how to maintain it and what he had done. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and his friendly demeanor. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.
