Replace bottom door seal and service. Mitchell did a great job as usual for us in replacing the seal and ensure the garage door system was performing correctly. He made a few adjustments, which were needed as well. Nothing but outstanding workmanship as usual. A company I definitely trust and recommend.

The technicians were professional and arrived earlier than scheduled. I was given a phone call by them to make sure it was ok to do so. Abby was the young lady that I spoke with over the phone about my problem, and she was extremely pleasant to talk to and very professional as well. Fantastic Support. The Tech (Carl) was at my home within 90 minutes of my call. He looked at the door and explained what the issue was and offered his recommendation and quoted a price that I was OK with and had my garage door working like new within 1 hour. He cleaned up his work area very good and we tested the door several times. Carl was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Percision is High Quality.

If there were a 6-Star rating we'd award it!!! Hunter aarrived shortly after 2PM ... as promised. He examined our 18-year-old opener's receiver and confirmed that couldn't be repaired because Craftsman was no longer in business and repair parts were no longer available. We were prepared for this eventuality , so my wife asked when he could install a new one Hunter said: "Tomorrow morning definitely, but let me see if I have one in my truck." EUREKA!! As of 4:35 PM, as he depart, we had a new "stealth" (Belt Drive) opener up and running. Hunter was completely professional and knowledgeable. Our entire experience with your company from our call to ask for service until Hunter's departure and your subsequent e-mailing of our invoice was OUTSTANDING. We highly recommend Precision!

Thank you Precision for the great service provided. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in recent years. I had a very urgent need for my garage door to be repaired. I called them close to 7 pm - and they did their absolute best to get my repair done as soon as possible. Before 10 pm the same evening, my door was fixed and I could not have been any happier! They had to replace the chain drive operator, TJ did a great job, arriving timely and taking care of everything to get my door back to normal as soon as possible. The same day service, the prompt response make a huge difference, but Precision's willingness to work with you and find a solution no matter the time of the day, makes even a greater difference when it comes to customer service! I will recommend them to all my friends & family.

Upon completing research on several companies in the area we chose Precision Door. We also chose Precision because they were open on Sunday (the day the spring broke). The technician called 30 minutes before arriving, he arrived with minutes to spare. The technician was thorough, explaining what caused the problem, offering seveal options to fix the issues and avoid the problem from occurring again. We made the best decision to call Presicion Door.

Mitchell was a doll. I needed a sound assessment from a professional. He was easy to talk to and understood my concerns. He assured me of what was not a problem and enabled me to make an informed decision to replace the rollers with ceramic and replace the pulleys. It was affordable, I don't need to concern myself with periodic maintenance of the rollers, the function is smoother and quieter, and I'm thrilled to be free of worry about my system
